Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
SGD$10 flat fee for shipping within Singapore (free shipping over $120).
International Shipping fee will be calculated based on item(s) weight.
The processing time for orders is 3 business days. After that, delivery time within the Singapore is 1 business days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
For all international orders
1. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
2. Insurance
a. Customers are welcome to purchase insurance for their orders. In cases when the bottles breaks during the process of international shipping, this insurance covers the replacement bottle and the shipping cost. Customers will still be required to pay for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
For example, A Stingless Bee Honey 1.5kg breaks during the international shipping process, 13 Honey will send out another bottle Stingless Bee Honey 1.5kg for free. Customer will only needs to pay for any customs and taxes applied to this international shipping.
b. Insurance per bottle will be charge at $50. Customers can choose the number of bottles they would like to insured.
For example, customer A have purchased 5 bottles of honey. Customer A can choose to purchase only 2 bottles with insurance (Total: $100).
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
