Q: Can I order and deliver the honey to Japan?
A: We do not provide direct shipment to Japan. However, we do have distributors carrying our products in Japan. Please send us your contact details atenquiries@13honey.sgand we would direct you to the Japan distributor.
Q: Where are your bee farms located?
A: Our bee farms are located in rural areas of Johor Bahru and Malacca where there is lesser pollution and more presence of natural flowers.
Q: Is your honey raw / pure?
A: Yes, we harvest the honey directly from our bee farm to table. Please rest assured that our honey is 100 percent raw and pure.
Q: When is the estimated delivery period?
A: The estimated delivery period is 2 to 5 working days.
